Property Pulse is not an MLS listing service and does not show all homes currently for sale.

Property Pulse uses public source categories already reflected across the site. It does not publish secret APIs, private credentials, or internal backend configuration.

Methodology
How records are organized
Records are normalized into public previews, linked by parcel identifiers, addresses, map coordinates, sale/deed details, permit numbers, and planning records where those connections can be made responsibly.
Public data refreshes are designed to run regularly, often nightly, but source availability and official update schedules can vary. Property Pulse filters or labels records when confidence, mapping, or source freshness requires caution.
Location pages group records by the city or postal location shown in source data. Those groupings may not exactly match municipal boundaries.
Important legal, financial, real-estate, permitting, ownership, and planning decisions should be verified with official county and source records.
