Property Pulse is a public-record information site. This page explains how information may be collected and used when you visit the site, contact Property Pulse, advertise, or make a support payment.

Property Pulse uses public records from county GIS, assessor, register of deeds, permitting, planning, and related public sources.

The site may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, and server logs.

Property Pulse may collect basic first-party analytics such as page-view and interaction events. These events may include the page visited, general interaction labels, timing, and browser/session details used to understand how the site is being used.

Property Pulse may use sessionStorage, localStorage, or similar browser storage for first-party analytics, session behavior, visitor preferences, and notices such as whether a disclaimer has already been acknowledged.

First-party analytics data is used to understand site usage, improve pages, troubleshoot the product, and review aggregate activity. Property Pulse does not sell this analytics data to advertisers.

Google Maps may load map-related services from Google.

Contact submissions may include your name, email, county or market, reason for contacting Property Pulse, and message.

Information submitted through contact, advertiser, listing, or support forms may be used to respond to inquiries, review advertiser or listing requests, provide customer support, handle billing, subscriptions, and payments, maintain support payment records, and manage related Property Pulse business purposes.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Property Pulse does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment and billing information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

The site does not currently offer user accounts, saved searches, or active email alerts.

The site does not sell personal information.
